Directions to Codorus State Park

Take I-795 North to end and take Route 30 North Exit.

At Second Traffic Light, you will need to make a left, this will be Rt 30 North.

Take Route 30 North to Pennsylvania line at which point it becomes Rt 94. You should start seeing signs directing you to Codorus State Park.

About 4 and ½ miles after crossing PA Line, you will see the Grandview Shopping Center and just past the shopping center, a traffic light. Make a right at the light.

Take road for slightly over mile and ½ to Route 216. Make another right.

Following Route 216, you will enter Codorus State Park. Shortly after entering the park, you will cross a bridge. Once you have crossed the bridge, you will be looking for the third street on the right, Baumgardner Road (road is called Marina Drive on other side of street and leads to, you guessed it, the Marina. Make that Right. Note, if you cross a second bridge, turn around you missed us!

Immediately after turning on Baumgardner Road you will make a left, through a gate, into the Organized Group Camping area.

Very shortly after passing through the gate, you will see a grassy area on the left of the road, this is the parking area. No vehicles will be allowed past the parking area, at all.

We have a lot of vehicles to get in a fairly small area, so please park close together perpendicular to the road, and in two lines. If you will need to leave early, park behind another vehicle rather than taking the front row. Camping area is couple of hundred yards down the road from the parking area.

Please have your Scouts stay in the parking area, until the Senior Patrol Leader or his designee, releases them to move down to the camping area.
