Showing leadership – Our senior patrol leader recognized Kyle H. as an example for all. When the scout sign went up at the closing ceremony, Kyle also made the scout sign and stood quietly while others talked. Tom suggested that the rest of us in the future look to Kyle as an example to follow. Thanks to Kyle for his good example and thanks to Tom for bringing this to the attention of the troop.

November Camping – We will meet in the Glen Mar parking lot at 6:30 tonight. Any scouts who have unfinished baskets or stools for the Basketry Merit Badge should bring them to this camping trip. We will work on them in the afternoon on Saturday.

It will be on Sunday, 2 December 2007 from 9:00 a.m. until about noon. This event is sponsored by the Howard County Striders and would count for service time. Supreme Sports Night Lock In – Our December outing will be a night of sporting activities (swimming, basketball, skating, racket ball, wally ball, and lots of other stuff) on Friday, December 14 th. Re-registration – Registration has closed. However, if you need to register, contact Mr. Joe Aissi. Thanks to all who have already registered!

Adult Training – I won't attach the survey document this time, but you'll see this message repeatedly until I get at least half of the adult training surveys returned to me. If you returned one, thanks. If you need a copy of the survey, tell me (Bob Johnson). If you haven't returned a completed survey to me, do so! With your information I will be able to identify the Troop's adult training shortfalls and future requirements.

Next week is Thanksgiving and we will not meet next week. Happy Thanksgiving to all!
